Welcome to Frankie’s Dog Club, a one-woman operation specialising in safe, stimulating and fulfilling one to one training walks in the Brockwell Park area, South London.
More than just dog walking. I provide safe, enriching and confidence-building walks with a difference. At Frankie’s Dog Club your dog’s needs always comes first.
I’m Frankie, a reward-based trainer. I’ve spent many years learning about, and working with, dogs of all sizes, breeds, backgrounds and behaviours. I worked at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home for three years and volunteered as a dog foster carer for five years. I brought home and worked with countless foster dogs, most of whom had a history of behavioural challenges and all of whom I fell in love with. I also volunteered as a dog walker with the Blue Cross for four years helping humans who were unable to walk their own dogs due to ill health. Prior to this, I volunteered with the Dogs Trust and Animal Haven in NYC, USA.
Alongside extensive hands on experience, I have undertaken learning with the Institute for Modern Dog Training and continually educate myself in the latest in animal behaviour and kind, force-free and reward-based training methods. I’m also a member of The Association of Professional Dog Walkers and Sitters.
I want to share my wealth of experience with you and provide you with the peace of mind that your dog is receiving dedicated care and training that is tailored to meet their individual personalities.

We love Frankie’s dog club!!! We have a very bouncy ball of energy, Hebe, who can also be a little nervous with strangers, but she absolutely ADORES Frankie. So much so, Frankie has to hide if we bump into her on a walk, as Hebe would definitely choose to leave us to hang out with Frankie instead! Hebe has a few things she needed to work on, and Frankie has been doing an excellent job with recall games, focus work etc. I love the videos i receive showing Hebe having the time of her life, but also all the ‘training’ games Frankie does with her. Frankie’s dog club is so much more than just a dog walker, you know your dog is getting full attention and a tailored walk – I would highly recommend!

Frankie is absolutely wonderful with our dog, Milo. He adores her and has such an incredible bond with her. We’re so thankful that we found Frankie as it is so hard to find someone you trust and she is 100% one of those people. She takes such good care of him and keeps us updated with what he gets up to on walks which is so lovely to see. Additionally, she tailors their walks to his needs and is helping so much with building his confidence and more! I cannot say enough good things about Frankie. Over the past 5 months since she has been walking Peggy I have noticed such a positive difference in her – she has learnt to settle, focus and her recall has really sharpened. She tailors her walks to what Peggy needs, takes time to train her and play games that build her confidence. She has also given me so many ideas to make my walks with Peggy more fun, and of course to reinforce any training I am working on.
There are so many lovely personal touches that Frankie has taken, and that really show how she is keeping Peggy (and me) in mind. She keeps me updated with pictures and videos of their walks, and has offered me advice whenever I have needed. Peggy just has the best time and absolutely adores her.
I cannot recommend Frankie highly enough. I completely trust her with Peggy, and she is so friendly and approachable. Thank you Frankie 🙂

We were looking quite specifically for someone who has the patience and compassion for our anxious, rescue Staffy. Buddy takes a while to warm to new people and Frankie was super accommodating to his needs to make sure they started on the right foot/paw 🙂
It is so reassuring that Buddy is getting confidence-building training and enriching walks and activities and it gives us a bit more freedom and flexibility! Frankie also sends lots of videos and photos including training tips whilst with Buddy – which we love!
